The guarantee

No results in 90 days, you do not pay.

Most agencies ask you to trust them for a year. I ask for 90 days and I put the fee on the line. Here is exactly how it works, in plain words, before you sign anything.

What counts as a result

A measurable increase in leads, calls, or booked jobs against the baseline we record in week one.

When the clock starts

The day I have full access to your site, your Google Business Profile, and your Search Console.

What you get back

Every fee you paid inside the 90 day window. No arguing, no partial credit, no retention call.

What counts as a result

A result is more business, measured three ways: calls from search, form leads from your website, and booked jobs you can trace back to either. If those numbers are higher at day 90 than the baseline we recorded in week one, the guarantee is met.

Rankings, impressions, and traffic are not the measure. They move first and they matter to me, but you do not deposit impressions. If your rankings climbed and your phone did not, the guarantee applies and you pay nothing.

How it gets measured

In the first week I record the baseline before anything changes: your current call volume, your form leads, your Google Business Profile calls and direction requests, and your Search Console numbers. You get that baseline in writing. It is not my memory against yours.

From then on the tracking runs continuously. Call tracking on the numbers we agree to track, form leads logged as they arrive, and monthly reporting that shows leads and calls first. At day 90 we compare the same numbers we started with.

When the 90 days start

The window opens the day I have everything I need to work: admin access to your website, manager access to your Google Business Profile, and Search Console. If you do not have Search Console, I set it up and the clock starts once it is verified.

It does not start the day you sign. Waiting two weeks for a password would eat your guarantee period, and that would not be fair to either of us.

What I need from you

The guarantee assumes I can actually do the work. It applies as long as these hold:

  • Access is delivered within 14 days of starting, and stays active for the whole period.
  • Changes I ship are not reverted or overwritten by another developer, another agency, or a website platform change made without telling me.
  • You reply to requests that block the work within a reasonable time, usually a few business days. Photos, service details, review approvals, and similar.
  • The business keeps operating normally through the period. A closure, a rebrand, a move to a new address, or a pause in taking calls changes what the numbers can show.
  • No penalties, link schemes, or previous work surface that were hidden from me at the audit. If something like that turns up, I will tell you immediately and we agree on a new plan rather than pretending the clock still applies.

None of these are traps. They are the conditions under which the work can produce, and I will tell you the moment one of them is at risk instead of raising it on day 90.

How to claim it

Tell me within 14 days of the 90 day mark. Email or a message is enough, no form to fill in and no notice period.

I refund the fees you paid during the window. You keep the website, the pages, and the profile work already live. I hand over access to everything, and I will tell you honestly what I would do next even though I am no longer being paid for it.

The commercial terms around this sit on the terms page, and the plans it applies to are on the homepage.

The fine print, in plain words

Questions owners ask about the guarantee

3x is what the system has produced for clients, not a contractual promise. The guarantee is simpler and stricter on me: measurable improvement in leads, calls, or booked jobs by day 90, or you pay nothing. No movement means no payment, whatever the size of the movement I was aiming for.

Then the guarantee applies and you get your money back. Rankings are how I get there. Calls are what I am paid for. I am not going to send you a chart of green arrows and call it a win.

No long term contract and no setup fee. Month to month, cancel whenever. The guarantee sits on top of that, so the worst case for you is 90 days that cost nothing.

You can cancel any month. The guarantee refund covers the full window, so if you stop at month two and the numbers had not moved, you get those two months back.

Because I only take work I know I can deliver, and I look at your site and profile before quoting anything. If the audit shows me a business I cannot move in 90 days, I say so on the call instead of taking the retainer. A small roster is what makes that possible.

Yes. The site, the pages, and the Google profile work stay yours and stay live. I hand over every login. Holding your own website hostage is exactly the behaviour I built Sightria against.

The audit is free. The first 90 days are on me.

Book the call, see what is broken on your own site, and decide after that.
