What counts as a result
A measurable increase in leads, calls, or booked jobs against the baseline we record in week one.
The guarantee
Most agencies ask you to trust them for a year. I ask for 90 days and I put the fee on the line. Here is exactly how it works, in plain words, before you sign anything.
A measurable increase in leads, calls, or booked jobs against the baseline we record in week one.
The day I have full access to your site, your Google Business Profile, and your Search Console.
Every fee you paid inside the 90 day window. No arguing, no partial credit, no retention call.
A result is more business, measured three ways: calls from search, form leads from your website, and booked jobs you can trace back to either. If those numbers are higher at day 90 than the baseline we recorded in week one, the guarantee is met.
Rankings, impressions, and traffic are not the measure. They move first and they matter to me, but you do not deposit impressions. If your rankings climbed and your phone did not, the guarantee applies and you pay nothing.
In the first week I record the baseline before anything changes: your current call volume, your form leads, your Google Business Profile calls and direction requests, and your Search Console numbers. You get that baseline in writing. It is not my memory against yours.
From then on the tracking runs continuously. Call tracking on the numbers we agree to track, form leads logged as they arrive, and monthly reporting that shows leads and calls first. At day 90 we compare the same numbers we started with.
The window opens the day I have everything I need to work: admin access to your website, manager access to your Google Business Profile, and Search Console. If you do not have Search Console, I set it up and the clock starts once it is verified.
It does not start the day you sign. Waiting two weeks for a password would eat your guarantee period, and that would not be fair to either of us.
The guarantee assumes I can actually do the work. It applies as long as these hold:
None of these are traps. They are the conditions under which the work can produce, and I will tell you the moment one of them is at risk instead of raising it on day 90.
Tell me within 14 days of the 90 day mark. Email or a message is enough, no form to fill in and no notice period.
I refund the fees you paid during the window. You keep the website, the pages, and the profile work already live. I hand over access to everything, and I will tell you honestly what I would do next even though I am no longer being paid for it.
The commercial terms around this sit on the terms page, and the plans it applies to are on the homepage.
The fine print, in plain words
Book the call, see what is broken on your own site, and decide after that.
