Why
To audit your site and call you back about your enquiry. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
Your choices
Ask me to delete your details at any time and I will remove them, then confirm it in writing.
Effective
The enquiry form
The form on this site collects your name, phone number, business name, website address, and the message you write. The email field is optional.
The details go to Sightria so I can look at your site and respond to your enquiry. That is the only reason they are collected. They are not sold, not rented, and not passed to advertisers or lead brokers.
Saving before you finish
The form has three steps, and it saves what you have entered after the first step. That means if you type your name and phone number and then close the page, I still hold those two details and may call you about your enquiry.
This is deliberate and it is why it is written here rather than buried. If you would rather I did not keep them, email info@sightria.com and I will delete the record.
Where the data lives
Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database attached to this website, and a notification is emailed to info@sightria.com when a form is completed. Access is limited to Usman Hussain.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard request data such as IP address for security and delivery, as any web host does.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It does not fingerprint visitors, does not follow you across other websites, and does not need a consent banner. It tells me which pages get read, nothing about who you are.
Third parties on this site
The booking calendar on the contact page is provided by Cal.com and loads only when you click to open it. Until you do, nothing is requested from them.
WhatsApp and phone links open your own apps. Following one hands your details to that app under its own terms, not mine.
How long details are kept, and deletion
Enquiries are kept while there is a reason to hold them, which for an active or recent conversation is up to two years. After that they are deleted.
You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time, for any reason, without explaining why. Email info@sightria.com and it is done, with confirmation back to you.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected or who receives it, the effective date at the top changes with it. There is no rotating date on this page: it moves only when the wording does.
