Pricing and scope
The plans and prices shown are the published starting points. Final scope and price are confirmed on a call and in a written proposal before any work begins or any payment is taken.
Services are billed monthly with no long term contract and no setup fee. You can stop at the end of any month.
The guarantee
The 90 day guarantee is described in full on the guarantee page, including what counts as a result, how it is measured, when the period starts, and the conditions under which it applies. Those terms are the ones that govern it.
Results, testimonials, and case studies
Testimonials are from real clients and are published with their permission. Case study numbers come from real engagements and are the numbers those clients saw.
Search results depend on your market, your competitors, and factors outside anyone’s control, including Google’s own changes. Past results for one business are not a promise of identical results for another.
Your responsibilities as a client
You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage the website, the Google Business Profile, and any other property you give me access to, and that material you supply such as photos and copy is yours to use.
You remain the owner of your accounts and your website throughout. Nothing is held hostage, and access is handed back on request.
Liability
I do my work carefully, but no one can guarantee the behaviour of a search engine. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the fees you paid for the period in question, which is the same amount the guarantee already puts at risk.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and graphics on this site belong to Sightria. Work delivered to a client, including their website and content, belongs to that client once paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, where Sightria is registered. Client agreements may specify a different arrangement, and where they do, the agreement takes precedence.
